ld Saybrook Golf Capital LLC was formed in August 2000 as a vehicle to make aggressive, participating term loans to experienced golf course operators. This loan product provides a "bridge" between cash available (borrower's equity and first mortgage debt) and the purchase price of a transaction. To date, the Company has closed transactions including seven golf courses in five states plus Mexico, a national golf course owner/management company and a regional discount golf card business.
