alph Little has 15 years of experience in the golf industry. As a lender, he first gained experience as Underwriting Manager with Textron Financial Corporation. He later founded FMAC Golf Finance Group LLC, which was a joint venture with Goldman Sachs. He also served as Senior Vice President of Farmers & Mechanics Bank of Middletown, Connecticut, which he helped take public in 1993. In addition, he has helped develop a private club and currently manages courses in three states. He holds a B.S. from Georgia Tech and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

teve Hulce is a real estate advisor with over 20 years of experience. In 1995, he formed Geneva Capital Investments Ltd. He has since formed ventures controlling over $800 million in real estate, including retail, self-storage, multi-family and assisted living. Prior to forming Geneva, Mr. Hulce was a Managing Director of LaSalle Advisors Ltd., where he was directly involved in over $6 billion of investments. Before LaSalle, he was a Senior Consultant with McKinsey & Co. He holds a B.S. from Northwestern and an M.B.A. from HarvardUniversity.

ohn Beeton is a real estate investor with over 25 years of experience; who has been directly involved in over $500 million of investments. His experience includes seven years as Principal of Investment Capital Associates, where he owned over $150 million of real estate. Prior to ICA, he managed a public real estate fund for W.P. Carey & Co. He also established the sale-leaseback department at Merrill Lynch and was an acquisition specialist for Winthrop Financial. He holds a B.S. from the University of North Carolina and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
